Food For The Poor
A ‘feeding of the poor’ program to reach the hungry among the homeless is another initiative of HELP INDIA with a mission to reach the poor, downtrodden and homeless souls with a vision to nourish the body
Initially once a month, food packets were prepared, packed and distributed among the poor along the national highway, Miramar beach and in the city of Panaji, Goa. Later on, food packets were also distributed at the Home for the Aged at Bogmalo, South Goa. The inmates received the food joyously and even sand and danced on the occasion
The feeding program has distributed food in the slums in around the city of Panaji, Taleigao and even along the Panaji- Ribandar road.
